# Zieaz 10X™

> Zieaz 10X™ is a co-education space where humans learn together with organic (human) and augmented (AI) intelligence. Grounded in the Inner Development Goals (IDG) and the World Economic Forum's future-skills research, it helps people and organisations flourish with AI — not compete with it.

Co-education means AI augments human learning and judgement; it does not replace it. AI proposes perspectives, a human facilitator contextualises them with the participants, and the human stays the learner and the decider. Every AI output on the site is advisory, labelled as AI-generated, and reviewed by people.

Principles:
- Human flourishing first: AI is a tool for inner and outer growth.
- Human-in-the-loop: AI output is advisory, never binding.
- Transparency: AI-generated content is always disclosed (EU AI Act Art. 50).
- Privacy by design: personal questions and participant data are never published.
- Evidence-based: built on IDG and WEF Future of Jobs 2025 research.
